Our Work
From private villas to large commercial spaces — here's how we bring nature to life.
Pest controlSierra Leone Brewery (Sierra Leone, Freetown – West Africa)
We delivered a full-scope integrated pest management programme for one of West Africa’s flagship brewing facilities, aligned with international food safety expectations and audit-ready documentation. The scope covered structured rodent proofing and monitoring, targeted insect control across production and warehousing, and bird management to reduce contamination risk around grain intake, fermentation, and packaging lines. Raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods were protected through risk-based inspection schedules, corrective action protocols, and staff awareness on hygiene barriers at critical control points. The approach emphasised minimal disruption to operations, verified treatment records, and continuous improvement cycles so the site could sustain compliance and product integrity in a demanding tropical environment.
Pest controlEsmeralda Equestrian Club
Equestrian environments demand pest management that protects equine welfare, rider safety, and stable hygiene without compromising animal health. We implemented a specialised programme targeting flies, mosquitoes, rodents, and nuisance insects around stalls, feed storage, manure handling areas, and turnout zones. Product selection and application methods were deliberately conservative and horse-safe, with emphasis on source reduction, physical barriers, and monitored baiting where appropriate. The result is a calmer, healthier stable climate, reduced irritation and disease vectors for horses, and a facility presentation that meets the expectations of members, trainers, and visitors.
Pest controlHero Food Industries (Vitrac)
Food manufacturing sites require zero-tolerance thinking on infestation risk while remaining practical for 24/7 production realities. We deployed advanced pest control aligned with HACCP principles, emphasising risk mapping, sensitive monitoring for rodents and cockroaches, and vigilance against stored-product pests in dry ingredients and finished goods. Continuous inspection routes, electronic monitoring where suitable, and rapid response thresholds reduced the chance of product recalls, customer complaints, or regulatory findings. The programme supported audit readiness, clear accountability between pest control and quality teams, and a culture of prevention across receiving, processing, and dispatch.
Pest controlPharaonic Village
Open-air museums and heritage attractions need pest strategies that protect exhibits, visitor experience, and landscaping while respecting ecological balance. We designed environmentally sensitive control for insects, birds, and rodents in public walkways, water features, food service adjacencies, and storage for maintenance materials. Methods prioritised non-invasive proofing, targeted interventions, and habitat management rather than broad-spectrum applications that could harm non-target species or visitor comfort. Stakeholder coordination ensured treatments were scheduled around peak visitation, communication with guides and operations was clear, and long-term monitoring preserved both cultural assets and the natural setting visitors expect.
Pest controlVillas, Palaces & Chalets
Premium residential portfolios require discreet, high-trust pest services that respect privacy, architecture, and household routines. We provided effective control for termites, ants, cockroaches, rodents, and seasonal flying insects using protocols calibrated for finished interiors, landscaped perimeters, and service areas. Technicians operated with minimal visibility to residents and guests, coordinated access with estate managers, and used products and placement strategies suited to luxury finishes. Follow-up inspections and seasonal adjustments help estates stay ahead of breeding cycles, reduce callbacks, and maintain the immaculate standard expected in villas, palaces, and chalets.
LandscapeAl-Mohandes Yoten Company
We delivered end-to-end landscape architecture and long-term maintenance for corporate and high-end residential clients who expect reliability, visual coherence, and plant health in every season. Services encompassed conceptual planting plans, soil conditioning, irrigation design and commissioning, and structured maintenance calendars for pruning, fertilisation, and pest and disease scouting on ornamentals. Seasonal flower rotations and colour themes were coordinated with site branding and events so outdoor spaces remained inviting year-round. Water-use efficiency, plant suitability to microclimate, and clear handover documentation ensured the landscapes could mature beautifully while remaining operable for facility teams.
Smart Design Company
Modern clients increasingly ask for landscapes that look refined yet demand less water, labour, and chemical input over time. We crafted contemporary schemes built around climate-appropriate native and adapted plants, efficient drip and zone-based irrigation, and discreet smart lighting for security and ambience after dark. Hardscape detailing, drainage integration, and future expansion pathways were considered so outdoor rooms could evolve with the property. The approach delivers sustainable green identity for commercial frontages and private gardens alike, with predictable operating costs and crisp visual language aligned to architectural lines.
Sterilization and disinfectionAl-Tibeya Restaurant Chain
Restaurant chains must defend brand consistency and regulatory confidence across dozens of high-touch surfaces every service day. We implemented professional sterilisation protocols for kitchens, pass-throughs, dining rooms, and food-contact equipment using food-grade disinfectants, validated contact times, and colour-coded tools to prevent cross-use errors. Staff briefings reinforced sequencing from clean to dirty zones, frequency charts for rush versus deep-clean windows, and documentation for internal QA and third-party audits. The programme supports visibly confident dining rooms, reduced microbiological risk on prep lines, and a repeatable standard that scales with new openings.
Sterilization and disinfectionDr. Restaurant Chain
High-volume restaurants face compounding risk from airborne particles, grease films, and rapid turnover on tables and POS touchpoints. We established layered daily and periodic deep sterilisation that combines targeted surface disinfection, controlled fogging where appropriate, and air-quality support strategies agreed with kitchen leadership. Equipment sanitisation covered ice machines, slicers, blenders, and cold wells using manufacturer-compatible chemistries and rinse procedures. Threshold-based escalation meant any spike in complaints or inspection notes triggered reinforced cycles rather than ad-hoc fixes, keeping throughput high without sacrificing hygiene rigour.
